Will it stick to my phone without a case?
It needs a magnetic surface. That means a MagSafe-compatible iPhone (12 or newer) or any phone in a case with a built-in magnet ring. On a non-magnetic phone or case, use the included magnetic plate.
Does it charge through the stand?
The stands and grips are magnetic holders, not chargers. Some are thin enough to leave wireless charging usable, but for reliable charging remove the accessory first.
How strong is the magnet?
The G05 Pro is rated at 25N holding force; the G05 quotes support for up to 2.5 kg. Holding strength drops if there is a thick case between magnet and plate.
What is the rotation range?
The G09 and G09 Ghost use a Z-axis hinge for full 360° rotation with 0–180° stepless hovering, so they hold at any angle rather than clicking into fixed stops.
Is the built-in blade safe to carry?
The G05 and G05 Pro use a retracting ceramic blade with 4.6 mm exposure that springs back after use. Check local rules before carrying it in hand luggage.
