📦 PACKAGING DETAILS

Our Packaging Standards

Every product from The Vantage Goods is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We take pride in our packaging quality:

  • Protective Wrapping: Products are wrapped in protective materials (bubble wrap, tissue paper, or foam) to prevent damage during transit
  • Sturdy Outer Box: All shipments use corrugated boxes or tamper-proof courier bags that are durable enough to withstand handling during shipping
  • Branding: Products are shipped in branded or neutral packaging depending on product type
  • Invoice & Documentation: A GST-compliant invoice is included with every shipment
  • Sealed & Tamper-Proof: All packages are securely sealed with branded tape. If your package shows signs of tampering upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately

Fragile Items

Fragile products receive extra layers of protection including additional cushioning material, "FRAGILE" labels on the outer box, and double-boxing where necessary.

Eco-Friendly Commitment

We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact. Wherever possible, we use recyclable packaging materials and encourage our customers to recycle or reuse packaging.

🚚 DELIVERY TIMELINES

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it within 1–2 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and handover to our shipping partner.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select pincodes across India. COD availability is displayed at checkout based on your delivery pincode. An additional COD handling charge of ₹[COD_CHARGE] may apply. COD orders are verified through our GoKwik checkout system for security.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our delivery network and will update this page when international shipping becomes available.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link via:

  • SMS: Tracking updates sent to your registered mobile number

Shipping Partners

We work with India's leading logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners include:

  • Shiprocket
  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Ecom Express
  • India Post (for select remote locations)

The carrier assigned to your order depends on the delivery pincode and product characteristics. We select the best carrier to ensure fastest delivery to your location.

Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Our shipping partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts (due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or delivery refused), the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • For prepaid orders: A refund will be initiated after the product is received back at our warehouse (minus any applicable return shipping charges)
  • For COD orders: No charges will apply as collection was not made
  • You may choose to re-order with a corrected address

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@thevantagegoods.com. We will coordinate with our shipping partner to locate your package. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
