At The Vantage Goods, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

Refund Process

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality team. Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The returned product meets the return eligibility criteria (unused, original packaging, tags intact)
  • The product passes our quality inspection
  • The return was initiated within the specified 7-day return window

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:

  • The product shows signs of use or wear
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
  • Return shipping charges are applicable (for change-of-mind returns)

Cancellation Process

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the product has been dispatched. Contact us immediately via email at support@thevantagegoods.com.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product as per our return policy.

Cancellation Refund

If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, no charges apply as no collection was made.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Email us at support@thevantagegoods.com with your Order ID
  2. Mention "Order Cancellation" in the subject line
  3. Our team will confirm the cancellation status within 2–4 hours during business hours
  4. If the order has already been dispatched, we will guide you on the return process instead

Seller-Initiated Cancellation

In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed automatically.

Refund and Return

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
  • A valid order ID or invoice must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimate wear and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Products with removed or tampered tags/labels
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at support@thevantagegoods.com
  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return
  3. Attach clear photographs of the product (mandatory for damaged/defective items)
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
  5. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for self-shipping

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for damaged/defective items will be borne by The Vantage Goods.

Return Shipping

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product: Return shipping is FREE (borne by us)
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount, or the customer may be required to self-ship the product
  • We will provide a prepaid return label where reverse pickup is available

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size and color variations of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and desired exchange variant
  2. Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the original product
  3. The replacement will be shipped once the original product is received and inspected
  4. If the desired variant is unavailable, you may opt for a full refund instead

Important Notes

  • All refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (except COD orders, which are refunded via bank transfer)
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged/wrong products)
  • Promotional discounts are adjusted proportionally in case of partial returns from multi-item orders
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria
