OVERVIEW

Welcome to Vantage Goods ("we," "us," "our"). Vantage Goods is a trade name of a sole proprietorship operated from India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.vantagegoods.net (the "Site") and any purchases made through it.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site. We may update these Terms at any time as described in the Changes section below.

Vantage Goods is an independent reseller. We sell accessories offered under third-party brand names. We do not own, manufacture, license, or claim rights in those brands unless we explicitly say otherwise, and a product's presence on this Site does not by itself imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorised-reseller status.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are a minor, that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. You must be a resident of India or an eligible international customer to place orders on our Site.

2. USE OF THE SITE AND PROHIBITED USES

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Site to transmit any harmful, offensive, fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene content
  • Harass, abuse, insult, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other code designed to affect the functionality of the Site or any related system
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems, or otherwise circumvent any security feature
  • Collect, harvest, or track the personal information of others
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, phishing attempts, or any other deceptive communication referencing Vantage Goods
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
  • Use automated scripts, crawlers, or bots to access or scrape the Site
  • Submit false or misleading information, or impersonate any person or entity

A breach or violation of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Site.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed, including your billing and delivery details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorised use or violation of these Terms.

4. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information.

The Site may contain historical information, which is provided for reference only. We are under no obligation to update any material on the Site, though we may modify its contents at any time.

5. PRODUCTS & PRICING

All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, compatibility information, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, pricing, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.

Prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, and to modify or discontinue any product or part of the Service, at any time and without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, price change, or discontinuance.

Any pricing errors will be corrected, and if a product has been ordered at an incorrect price, we will notify you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

6. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where a listing contained a material error. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order until the product has been shipped.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Payment information is encrypted in transit. All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the respective payment service provider.

7. ORDER PROCESSING, CANCELLATION, AND MODIFICATION

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or start a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Changes to a delivery address, phone number, or product variant can only be made before dispatch. We will make reasonable efforts to apply a change requested before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee it once an order has entered packing. Full timings, methods, and refund windows are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. GENUINE PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We source the products we sell through established supply channels for the brands shown on each product page, check inbound stock condition and retail packaging, and verify the device model and variant against the listing before dispatch. Our sourcing and checking process is described in full on our How We Source & Check page.

If a product you receive is found not to be a genuine product of the brand shown on its listing, we will refund it in full, including any shipping you paid, once the item has been returned to us. Report a concern within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label.

This guarantee covers product identity. It does not cover preference of size or fit, colour variation between a screen and a physical product, normal wear, damage caused after delivery, or products bought from any seller other than Vantage Goods. Any manufacturer warranty is separate from this guarantee and is described on our Product Warranty page.

9. CASH ON DELIVERY AND PART-PAYMENT ORDERS

Where Cash on Delivery is available for your pincode, you may be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the order value at checkout, with the balance payable in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. A COD handling charge may apply and will be shown before you confirm the order.

If you cancel before dispatch, or if we cancel because stock is unavailable or a listing contained a material error, the deposit is refunded in full to the original payment method. If a delivery is refused or repeatedly unsuccessful, we will refund the deposit less any courier charges we actually incurred on the shipment, and we will tell you what those charges were.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in the option being withdrawn from your account for future orders.

10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on shipping methods, timelines, charges, and delivery areas. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays and time held in customs. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you supply. We cannot be held liable for parcels delayed or lost because those details were incorrect or incomplete.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Site content that we create, including our own text, graphics, layout, photography, and software, is the property of Vantage Goods and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

All third-party brand names, product names, logos, trademarks, and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products we resell. See our Brand & IP Notice for our full position.

13. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions, or other content to the Site or to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content. You represent that any content you submit is accurate, does not violate any third-party rights, and complies with applicable laws.

We are under no obligation to maintain any submission in confidence, to pay compensation for it, or to respond to it, and we may remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

14. OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control, such as payment gateways, delivery tracking, reviews, chat, and analytics. These are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or endorsement of any kind. Any use you make of them is entirely at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms.

15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

16. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. To fulfil an order we share what is necessary with logistics partners, payment processors, and other service providers who are bound to handle it confidentially.

17. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on the Site or in a listing that contains a typographical error, inaccuracy, or omission relating to a product description, price, promotion, offer, shipping charge, transit time, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to change or update information, or cancel an order affected by it, at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. Where an order is cancelled for this reason and payment has been taken, it is refunded in full.

18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, in our Genuine Product Guarantee, or as required by applicable law, the Site and the products and services offered through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranty, or condition of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any product protection, drop-resistance, charging, water-resistance, or compatibility claim made by a manufacturer will hold in every circumstance. No accessory can guarantee that a connected device will never be damaged.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantage Goods and its personnel and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or of any product bought through it, including loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or damage to a phone, tablet, laptop, controller, or other connected device. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vantage Goods and its personnel and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

21. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the jurisdiction of applicable consumer forums remain unaffected by anything in these Terms.

22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at Founder@vantagegoods.net or by call or WhatsApp on +91 91487 87171. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as described in the Governing Law section above.

23. TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities incurred by both parties prior to termination survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use the Site. If in our sole judgement you fail to comply with any term of these Terms, we may terminate your access at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, and any operating rules or policies we post on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vantage Goods and supersede any prior agreements or communications. Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
