Something damaged, faulty, or wrong
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, the outer package, and the shipping label. A short unboxing video helps if you have one. Also tell us the device model and the variant you ordered. Full conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy.
A return or an exchange
Please contact us before sending anything back. Tell us the item, the reason, the delivery date, and whether it has been opened, installed, or used. We send return instructions and the return address once the request is approved.
Checking a product fits
Give us the exact device name and model. On an iPhone you will find it under Settings, General, About, Model Name. Getting this right matters more than it sounds, because sizes differ between models that share a name.
