How We Source & Check

Last Updated: August 24, 2026

Phone accessories are an easy category to get wrong. The same model name covers three different sizes, listings get copied between sellers until nobody knows what is in the box, and a case that is one millimetre out is useless. This page sets out what actually happens between a product being listed here and it arriving at your door.

The seven checks behind an order

1Brand-first sourcing

We buy through established supply channels for the brands shown on each product page. We do not buy unbranded stock and relabel it, and we do not list a brand name on a product that did not come to us under that brand.

2Inbound condition check

Stock is checked on arrival. We are looking for sealed retail packaging in the condition it should be in, not crushed, not opened, not shelf-worn, not a returned unit repacked. Anything that fails this does not go into sellable stock.

3Packaging and accessories

We check that what is meant to be in the box is in the box: the retail carton, inserts, cables, adapters, alignment frames, wipes, and installation kits that the product is supposed to ship with. Missing accessories are one of the most common problems in this category and they are easy to catch before dispatch.

4Device-fit verification

Before an order is packed we check the device model and variant against the listing you ordered from. iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max are different sizes and are not interchangeable; the same is true across the Galaxy S and Fold ranges. This step exists because wrong-model dispatch is the single biggest avoidable failure in phone accessories.

5Listing accuracy

Specifications, compatibility notes, colour names, and imagery are written against the product as we hold it, not copied from a supplier sheet. Where a manufacturer makes a protection, charging, or water-resistance claim, we attribute it to the manufacturer rather than restating it as our own.

6Packed and dispatched

Orders are packed to survive transit, with fragile items given extra protection. You get a tracking number once the courier has the parcel, and tracking details are on your order confirmation.

7If something is still wrong

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We resolve wrong, damaged, incomplete, and defective items under our Return & Refund Policy, and a product that is not genuine is refunded in full under the Genuine Product Guarantee in our Terms of Service.

What we do not claim

Being straight about the limits is part of the same promise. The following are things we deliberately do not say about our products:

  • We are an independent reseller. We do not own, manufacture, or license the brands we sell, and listing a brand here does not mean we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised reseller for that brand.
  • We do not run forensic or laboratory authentication, and we make no claim to use machine learning or automated authentication systems.
  • We cannot guarantee that any accessory will prevent damage to your device. Protection, drop, charging, and water-resistance ratings belong to the manufacturer and apply under the conditions that manufacturer describes.
  • Minor colour variation between a screen and a physical product is normal and is not treated as a defect.
