Choosing LANGSDOM sports headphones
What is the difference between the bone conduction and open-ear models?
The BE15, BE17, BE20 and BE23 are bone conduction headphones: their pads rest in front of your ears and pass sound through your cheekbones. The AirWave BE10, AirWave Pro BE19 and the ear-hook earbuds (AirFit, TE09, TS05, TS17 and TS19) use small speakers that sit just outside the ear canal. Both kinds leave your ears open, so you still hear traffic and people around you.
Can I swim with LANGSDOM headphones?
Choose the BE15 or BE20 (IPX8, up to 2 metres), the BE23 (IP68) or the BE17 (IPX8). LANGSDOM's own graphics say swimming needs MP3 mode, so load your music onto the headphones before you get in the water. The AirWave Pro BE19 (IP67) and the IPX5 models (AirWave BE10, AirFit, TS17 and TS19) are made for sweat and rain, not for swimming.
Which models play music without a phone?
The BE10, BE15, BE17, BE19 and BE23 have 32GB of built-in storage and the BE20 has 16GB. In MP3 mode they play your own files with no phone connected. The AirWave Pro BE19 comes with an OTG adapter for copying songs to it.
How do the neckband models charge?
Every bone conduction and AirWave model charges through the magnetic cable in its box, so keep that cable with the headphones. The earbuds charge in their case.
Which LANGSDOM headphones have active noise cancelling?
The TA16 earbuds (up to 42dB, with a transparency mode) and the HBN07 over-ear headphones, which also come with a 3.5mm cable for wired listening. The open-ear models use ENC to cut background noise on calls only, because they are made to let outside sound in.
Will the JD88 wired earphones work with my phone?
They need a 3.5mm headphone jack. LANGSDOM says the in-line microphone works with iPhone, iPad, Samsung, HTC, Huawei and Xiaomi devices. Phones without a headphone jack need a USB-C or Lightning to 3.5mm adapter, which is not included.
How long does delivery take, and what if it arrives faulty?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days to metro cities, 5 to 7 to tier 2 cities, 7 to 10 to smaller towns and 10 to 14 to the North-East and remote areas. Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 799 and Rs. 149 below that. If an item arrives damaged or does not work, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. The details are on our warranty page.
