Choosing KZ in-ear monitors
Who makes KZ earphones?
KZ, also known as KZ Acoustics, makes them. Its frequency response graphs credit the KZ Acoustics Laboratory.
Which KZ earphones have a microphone?
The EDX Pro, ZSN and ZSN Pro are sold as separate listings with or without an inline mic. On the Gale and Vader Pro you choose with or without a mic on the product page. The AS10 and ZST listings have no mic.
What driver setups do the models use?
The AS10 has five balanced armatures per side. The ZSN and ZST are hybrids with one dynamic driver and one balanced armature. The EDX Pro and Gale use one dynamic driver, and the Vader Pro three dynamic drivers per side.
How do the Vader Pro tuning switches work?
Each earphone has four small switches. Switch 1 on lifts the bass one step, 1 and 2 on lift it two steps. Switch 3 on lifts the mids and highs one step, 3 and 4 on lift them two steps. All off is the standard tuning. A tuning tool is in the box.
Can I replace the cable?
Yes. Every KZ set here has a detachable 2-pin cable; the AS10, EDX Pro, ZSN, ZSN Pro and Vader Pro use 0.75mm pins. All come with a 3.5mm plug. The Gale's Type-C cable with EQ modes is sold separately by KZ; we do not sell it.
Will they work with my phone?
They plug into a 3.5mm headphone jack. A phone with only a USB-C port needs a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter, which is not included.
How long does delivery take, and what if it arrives faulty?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days to metro cities, 5 to 7 to tier 2 cities, 7 to 10 to smaller towns and 10 to 14 to the North-East and remote areas. Shipping is free over Rs. 799 and Rs. 149 below. If an item arrives damaged or does not work, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. After that, cover depends on KZ's terms for the product and we help you make the claim. The details are on our warranty page.

Yes. They are KZ's own products, and we are an independent reseller, not KZ itself. If anything you receive does not look original, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
