Accessibility at Vantage Goods

Vantage Goods wants its website and customer support to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, voice input, or other assistive technologies.

Our approach

We are working to improve the store toward recognised accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, not a claim that every page or third-party feature is fully conformant today.

Areas we aim to improve include:

• Keyboard navigation and visible focus
• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• Form labels, instructions, and error messages
• Colour contrast and readable text scaling
• Clear headings and link purpose
• Accessible product options, cart, and checkout flows
• Captions or alternatives for important video content

Third-party features

Some functions—such as checkout, reviews, payment, tracking, and embedded media—are provided by third parties. We encourage those providers to maintain accessible experiences and will look for practical alternatives when a barrier is reported.
