Why we don't offer open-box delivery
Open-box delivery is a service that very large marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart run through their own delivery networks. Courier partners generally do not offer it to independent stores like ours.

When will it arrive?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days to metro cities, 5 to 7 to tier 2 cities, 7 to 10 to smaller towns and 10 to 14 to the North-East and remote areas. Free over Rs. 799, Rs. 149 below.
What comes in the box?
The package list in this listing's description shows exactly what ships, including the cable and ear tips.
Will it work with my phone?
Every KZ set here has a 3.5mm plug, so it needs a headphone jack. A phone with only USB-C needs a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter, which is not included.
Does it have a microphone?
Only the With Mic choice: listings titled With Mic, or the With Mic option on the Gale and Vader Pro. Those cables carry an inline mic. The rest have none.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Other returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under our returns policy.
Is there a warranty?
Cover after the first 48 hours depends on KZ's terms for the product. We help you make the claim with KZ. Our Warranty, Authenticity and Limits page has the details.
Is this a genuine KZ product?
Yes. It is KZ's own product, and we are an independent reseller, not KZ itself. If anything you receive does not look original, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Is the price final?
Yes. There are no customs duties or other charges on delivery. Orders under Rs. 799 pay Rs. 149 shipping and orders of Rs. 799 or more ship free. Instant Ship, where offered, is added as its own line in the cart.
