Open-box delivery is a service that very large marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart run through their own delivery networks. Courier partners generally do not offer it to independent stores like ours.

When will it arrive?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days to metro cities, 5 to 7 to tier 2 cities, 7 to 10 to smaller towns and 10 to 14 to the North-East and remote areas.
What comes in the box?

Can I wear it swimming?
Only the BE15, BE17, BE20 (IPX8) and BE23 (IP68) are made for swimming, using MP3 mode with music loaded onto the headphones. The IP67 and IPX5 models handle sweat and rain, not swimming.
Does it play music without my phone?
The BE10, BE15, BE17, BE19 and BE23 have 32GB of built-in storage and the BE20 has 16GB, so they play your own files in MP3 mode. The other models need a phone or another Bluetooth device.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Other returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under our returns policy.
Is there a warranty?
Cover after the first 48 hours depends on LANGSDOM's terms for the product. We help you make the claim with LANGSDOM. Our Warranty, Authenticity and Limits page has the details.
Is this a genuine LANGSDOM product?
Yes. It is LANGSDOM's own product, and we are an independent reseller, not LANGSDOM itself. If anything you receive does not look original, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Is the price final?
Yes. There are no customs duties or other charges on delivery. Orders under Rs. 799 pay Rs. 149 shipping and orders of Rs. 799 or more ship free. Instant Ship, where offered, is added as its own line in the cart.
