Why we don't offer open-box delivery
Open-box delivery is a service that very large marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart run through their own delivery networks. Courier partners generally do not offer it to independent stores like ours.
Rather than promise something we cannot guarantee, we chose a more transparent option: a packing video for every order.

Before you buy
When will it arrive?
Standard delivery takes 10 to 15 business days and is free on orders over Rs. 799, which covers every Retroid console. Instant Ship, where offered, takes 3 to 7 business days for Rs. 1,500.
What comes in the box?
The package list in this listing's description shows what ships.
Does it come with a memory card?
No. Every Retroid console here has its storage built in: 128GB on the Pocket 5 and Pocket Flip 2, 64GB or 128GB on the Pocket Duo Lite. All of them have a TF (microSD) card slot if you want to add your own card.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Other returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under our returns policy.
Is there a warranty?
Cover after the first 48 hours depends on Retroid's terms for the model. We help you make the claim with Retroid. Our Warranty, Authenticity and Limits page has the details.
Is this a genuine Retroid console?
Yes. It is Retroid's own hardware, and we are an independent reseller, not Retroid itself. If anything you receive does not look original, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Is the price final?
Yes. There are no customs duties or other charges on delivery. Orders under Rs. 799 pay Rs. 149 shipping and orders of Rs. 799 or more ship free. Instant Ship, where offered, is added as its own line in the cart.
